We are delighted to welcome three new members to the WWIN Board of Directors. Namratha Agarwal, Dr. Shea Hamilton, and Audrey Hernandez-Ford, MBA will join 13 other volunteer leaders whose skills, perspectives, and thoughtful governance help keep WWIN strong and well positioned for the future.

Namratha Agarwal

Namratha is Associate Principal at ZS, a management consulting and technology firm focused on the global healthcare industry. She brings more than 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, data analytics, strategic planning and consulting, and more to her role on the Board. She says, “I am a firm believer that education can change the life of individuals and make their dreams come true. WWIN’s mission is close to my heart, and seeing its impact on the lives of strong, aspiring women is very fulfilling.”

Dr. Shea Hamilton

Shea is Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Independent Colleges of Washington and holds extensive experience as a research scientist and director of research focused on education and student outcomes in Washington and across the United States. Shea has dedicated her career to advocating for historically underrepresented students, particularly those from low-income households. She says, “I am personally invested in doing work that improves the lives of people from households and communities with limited resources. I am particularly excited about WWIN’s commitment to not only supporting women through their postsecondary education but also supporting these students in establishing financially stable careers.”

Audrey Hernandez-Ford, MBA

Audrey is Head of Strategic Program Management at Darigold and brings significant experience in project and program management to her role on the Board, including consulting with Starbucks, Microsoft, and Boeing. She is excited to help WWIN expand its impact and grow as an organization. She says, “I have an interest in making meaningful inputs on the Board to help drive WWIN’s direction and transformation. It is an organization with core values and community reach that I have a close personal interest in.”

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Namratha, Shea, and Audrey!
