Deb’s nonprofit career spans human services, education and the arts. In addition to executive roles, Deb has led development, marketing, communication, outreach and community building, and government affairs efforts for social impact organizations ranging in size from $1.5M to $10M. She began her professional life as a playwright and new play dramaturg. That deep work in communication and collaboration continues to inspire her leadership style. Deb holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English, creative writing and theatre studies. Deb and her husband have two grown sons. In her free time, she enjoys baking, yoga, hiking, the beach and road trips.

Annie has more than ten years of nonprofit management experience, with a focus on volunteer cultivation, donor stewardship, special events, and communications. Annie recently moved to the Seattle area from Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Arts Management from the College of Charleston. Annie currently resides in Gig Harbor with her husband and cat, Pepper. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, crafting, making music, and exploring the great outdoors.

Lindie is committed to social and environmental justice, anti-racism, and amplifying the voices of individuals and communities who are disproportionately impacted by systemic injustice. She has a certificate in community leadership and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Colorado. Lindie moved to Seattle from Boulder, Colorado in 2014 and can usually be found outside enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest — running on trails, reading books, and camping with her dog.

Michigan University and is certified by The Fund Raising School from The Center of Philanthropy at Indiana University. A native of Michigan, the Pacific Northwest is her home where she and her husband have raised their family. You can often find Gail on the golf course, yoga mat, bike and anywhere near the mountains or the water.

Born and raised in Seattle, Luana is a first-generation college grad and is a Washington State University alum with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology and a minor in criminal justice. Luana lives in Puyallup with her fiancée, two daughters and two kittens. In her free time, she loves being by the water, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with her family.

Juliet entered the nonprofit sector through LGBTQ+ and animal rights organizations and has turned her passion for social justice into profession through nonprofit work ever since. She is excited to make an impact with WWIN. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she earned her bachelor’s degree in zoology, with minors in Spanish and nonprofit studies, at North Carolina State University before moving to Seattle in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, baking vegan treats, and camping throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
