WWIN is hiring a Program Coordinator!
Job Location: Kirkland, Washington
Reports to: Program Director
Hours Per Week: 10, Classification: Contract hourly
Compensation: $18 – 20/hour DOE
Job Description: The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support as needed for the programs and development teams. Hours may vary weekly.
Responsibilities
- Program administration, including but not limited to: checking application documents and term update documents, conducting phone interviews with applicants, assisting with payments, sending and tracking survey information
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, Scholars, and community
- Design and schedule email campaigns
- Research community resources
- Social media
- Donation entry and acknowledgment
- Data entry
- Assist with mailings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and oral
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work with a small, committed team that includes staff, Board and Committee members, and volunteers
- Passionate about WWIN’s vision, mission, and values
- Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and internet/website use
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
