…and a Growing Need.
This year we received 457 scholarship applications — the most we’ve ever received. These record-breaking number tells us:
• Women in our community are determined to pursue education and opportunity.
• The financial need facing students right now is enormous.
And our community is rising to the challenge, as 192 volunteers reviewed applications — and 64 of them were WWIN alumnae. That means one-third of our volunteer reviewers are women who were once in the applicants’ shoes themselves.
