Apply to WWIN’s Pathways To Success Program

The Pathways to Success program provides a woman with the opportunity to gain a sense of who she is, to feel free to make choices and informed decisions about her life, to set ambitious goals for herself and take action on those goals. With the support of a certified coach, women who participate in this program will create a personalized roadmap to achieve economic stability.

WWIN selects women who have a desire to create a pathway to achieve economic stability.

Our Pathways to Success grant recipients are determined, driven and have a deep desire to build a better future for themselves and their families. WWIN believes that economic stability is the foundation they need to achieve their full potential. With the support of a coach, they will create their own personalized plan to economic stability. They will gain confidence in their abilities, set ambitious goals, and create steps to achieve those goals.

Pathways to Success grants provide six months of coaching services with a coach certified by the International Coach Federation or a counselor licensed by the State of Washington.

What does it mean to be economically stable?

WWIN believes that a woman has achieved economic stability when she can fully meet current financial obligations, feels secure in her financial future and is able to make choices that allow her to enjoy life.
